“Take It Easy” is a wonderful catchy country rock song recorded in 1972 by the Eagles. Originally intended for the debut album of the writer and composer Jackson Browne, it became the Eagles’ hit simply because Browne couldn’t think of a way of finishing it  – and his neighbour and friend Glenn Frey of of The Eagles did!

In fact, Jackson loved the arrangement Frey came up with so much that he decided to let Frey have it for the Eagles’ debut studio album, released later that year. Good neighbourliness and friendship in action … producing life-changing and life-enhancing results. Long may it continue! Enjoy!
